CHIPPEWA FALLS, WI – The middle tablet in the Jason Zunker memorial at the Chippewa County Courthouse must be removed within 30 days.
The Chippewa County Buildings and Grounds Committee voted unanimously Tuesday morning to order the tablet removed, and the two remaining smaller tablets be pushed closer together.

Not surprised it was a unanimous vote. They are all equally insane.

This turns the first amendment on it’s head. The whole *point* of so-called “seperation of church and state” is to prevent the state from interfering in this officer’s right to freely excercise his faith, even in death.

Here in the county where I reside, the Sheriff’s Dept wears a 6-pointed star, where city police (if their emblem is a star) have a 7-pointed one. Just about every Sheriff’s star-emblem here in CA is a 6-pointed one, if not all of them.
It’s fairly common to see 6 pointed stars on law enforcement. The best way to figure it out, is that if you are in America, talking to some sort of cop, it is most likely nothing to do with Judaism or Israel. If you are in Tel-Aviv,, it is probably a symbol of Israel.
