County dispatcher wanted tragedy of fire to help reunite pair, Burnet police say.

Instead, the dispatcher has been charged with arson, a third-degree felony, and the deputy has no plans to reunite with her, Burnet Fire Marshal John Paul Erskine said.
"He gets it," Erskine said. "He's done."
