A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.
The YouTube video below is of a news report about this disturbing new law. In particular, pay attention at the 1:40 mark when the anchor and reporter discuss the new penalties for not obeying the health authorities during an emergency.....

They’d better not implement that here in Missouri! I sure won’t take it! I’ve learned too many bad things about that vaccine; it’s toxic and poisonous. Our government is INSANE for administering this vaccine!

I’m not going to be taking it either. And neither will my family. From what I understand it is a benign type of flu. If you get it, just deal with the cough/sniffles for a few days and move on. I think it’s just something else to distract us from Obama’s gang socializing and destroying the country.

I could see in an “emergency” being forced to choose between the vaccine, quarantine, or vacating the area.

It’s just one more way that the gubmint is trying to break people down so they will accept any crap they feel like shoving down our throats. Now there is talk of mandatory circumcision for baby boys because an African study showed that circumscribed males contracted AIDS at a lesser rate than others. They can vaccinate my cold dead a$$!

They’re not forcing me to take some barely tested vaccine. There will be mass class action lawsuits across the country if they try this. There are probably a lot of leftist environmental wackos who won’t even go for it.

My 5 YO has it right now. It is no more severe than a MILD cold. He doesn’t even act sick. (And we are going to vaccinate the entire population with the inherent risk for this? What is going on?)

An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be 405 required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 406 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in 407 uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that 408 poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public 409 health authority operating within its jurisdiction.
Remember, this law is only in the case of declared martial law, and the chances of swine flu becoming so severe as to necessitate the declaration is practically nil.
But then again, the actual facts never stopped some around here from going nuts, time after time.
