Here is video of Sen. Specter and Rep. Ryan on "Fox News Sunday." When Sen. Specter was asked why he thought public support for President Obama's handling of health care has dropped sharply he answered "it is dropping because of so much misinformation." (Watch Video)

WOW you think? Obama is the minister of Misinformation regardin this debacle and the American people are seeing through the BS
Specter was very odd acting in this interview. When it began, he seemed to defend the ‘death book’ by praising the VA. Then after a cutaway at the end, suddenly he said Senate hearings were needed. Almost like someone whispered in his ear...
How can it be “misinformation?” We don’t even have any czars! Come on Sphincter! You can do better than that!
Maybe we should offer Obama an “out” on health care. That is, blame it all on Specter. He’s dying on the vine as far as potential reelection goes, so maybe by mutual agreement of the political parties, he can be the official scapegoat.
Imagine how fast it would drop if we had the correct information.
Ryan did a great job until he started talking about bi-partisan consensus.
Well, of course it’s the misinformation out there.
There’s no other reason that any reasonable thinking person could oppose Obamacare, right? (sarcasm)
We can’t ask whether the nation can afford it, instead we’re told that the cost of doing nothing is greater than the cost of the plan.
We can’t ask about how healthcare will be allocated or rationed out, because nobody is quite sure how the bill will affect all the different areas of health care. Actually the final bill hasn’t been written or read yet by members of Congress. But none of that matters, we’re not supposed to ask questions.
In fact, Obama wants us to sit down and shut up, since people who created the mess need to get out of the way while he cleans up the mess.
We’re supposed to be liberal and prove our compassion and even our religious values by endorsing Obamacare. Otherwise how can we call ourselves good Christians or good adherents of any other religion, if we oppose socialized medicine? After all, Jesus wanted us to help the poor.
Arlen was asked by Chris Wallace whether he would accept the same plan as was being foisted on America with the health care reform bill. Arlen said he “would consider it”. His Republican oppenant on split screen, Paul Ryan, had the funniest smile on his face... Arlen was busted. Arlen might not want the same health care plan as the masses. He’d have to “consider” it.
So Arlen, when you admit you’ve not even read the bill as you did in your first townhall, somehow we’re suppose to believe the people who have read the bill are operating under misinformation yet you know what’s in the bill? You’re delusional old man.
Arlen is old and has a serious form of cancer.
Under true obamacare he would be the first to go.
Yes, the people who created the problem should shut up, and get out of the way. Except it was the Dems who created the problem. Medicare a ponzi scheme is almost bankrupt. Social security, another ponzi scheme, is also almost bankrupt. The problem is the funds, that are collected for these 2 programs, are spent in other Democrat programs. So if I am reasonably thinking, then the people who created the problem, should sit down and shut up. Hey Obama, SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP!!!!
Actually, the dirty secret is the SS, Medicare and Medicaid are already breaking the Bank and they know that it's unsustainable. But rather than be honest about the problem and proposing a real fix they have decided to double down, like all ponzi scheme operators would do if they could get away with it. They figure that the extra revenue and confusion in the system will keep the racket going for another decade or two. While they keep getting elected. IMHO

Spincter has inadvertantly stumbled across the truth. They keep lying to us and now that peole are figuring out that out they are losing not only this battle but any trust or goodwill from those who were fooled.
