Lawrence police detectives have identified a man who allegedly tried to grab a Lawrence girl off her bike on the Kansas River levee on Aug. 4.
Detectives made contact with the 45-year-old man on Aug. 15, but he has not been arrested.

He’s just suffering the traumatic effects of being nuked back in 1983.
Police Detectives identified him? Thats I good, but it would have been better if the Medical Examiner’s Office would have been the ones who identified him.

The police take a ‘hands off’ approach to a literally naked lunatic menacing a young girl yet you, I and anyone else abiding the law and going about our business are subject to ‘safety’ checkpoints and random traffic stops that make a mockery of the 4th Amendment.

Those who says that LEOs won't enforce unconstitutional laws against the 1st or 2nd in the future, they are doing it today!
