Obama during the campaign promised to go nuclear on any of his opponents that brought up the natural born issue, I believe that in pure Chicago style he privately promised riots in the streets if anyone dared to question his eligibility, so no one did.

Exactly. When was his US passport issued? If after his trip..Case closed. Why do you think there was such a row over an agent in the passport office looking up his file??? Would it be too much to ask the date of his US passport?

Re: your assertion that the passport to Pakistan is the real issue, you probably are right. But, what about this new assertion by Orly Taitz that he used as many as 39 different Social Security Numbers, including one belonging to a deceased CT citizen who would be 113 eyars old, had he lived??

He probably lost U.S. citizenship when he was adopted and schooled in Indonesia.

My understanding is that a minor could not lose his American citizenship due to the actions of a parent. He could become a minor citizen of another country, hence dual nationality, but would need to make an election at the age of maturity. I don't know if that would have been 18 or 21 in BO's case.

By that time, BO was living in Hawaii with his grandparents. But given the political predilictions of his family, I would not be surprised if they blew off that obligation, or even found it desirable to remain a foreign national as long as he had permanent residency.

PING!

Excerpt-
“The question is why the Nordyke twin’s, who were born a few hours after Obama, announcement was missing from the newspaper. The theory is that they were removed so Obama’s could be inserted.”

Fixed it

All this chatter over being born in a foreign country is bogus...and people are wasting their time.

I am also not sure that a Kenyan birth is credible, however there is some reason why the address presented on the birth announcement was never inhabited by the Obamas. (Barrack Sr., Stanley, Barrack Jr.) There is also no evidence that they ever lived together as family. There is some reason that there is no record of his birth at either of the Honolulu Hospital. There is some reason that he has no visible history. NONE.

There is irrefutable evidence of his mentoring and indoctrination by a communist agent...Frank Marshall Davis.

Just a humble opinion....but when Stanley ended up marrying the Indonesian dude...it’s very likely that she ended up terminating his citizenship (in effect, giving it up)...to make this Indonesian citizenship episode work.

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

The minute you get to his legendary story over traveling to Pakistan...at that point in time...the visa and passport business should have clicked in your mind.

There was no ban on Americans travelling to Pakistan at that time. I know that for a fact having personally travelled there a number of times during that period. There were travel advisories, primarily because our Embassy had been burned down by a Pakistani mob.

The last remaining topic of interest here...is that you can’t find a single friend or associate from this college period who talks over the guy and his travels, etc.

Old friends recall Obama's college years

"...All this chatter over being born in a foreign country is bogus...and people are wasting their time..."

And you know this how? Just a "gut feeling?"
Not nearly good enough.
His paternal grandmother insists having attended his birth at a hospital in Kenya, which U.S. Immigration/Passport records indicate his mother visited right around the time of his birth.

It is further alleged that she was too close to delivering lilla Barrakkki-poo to be allowed on the airplane, and was instead taken to the hospital to deliver the nasty looking flap-eared goon. He now holds the unlikely dual distinction of being both the world's Biggest Liar and the Worst President In American History.

I'm convinced he's also an illegal alien, and I wonder why you feel the need to cover up for him... you couldn't possibly have proof of your highly improbable suggestion, do you? If you do have such proof, I in all candor and dire sincerity suggest that you sleep lightly... you're potentially very inconvenient to the most powerful BO on the planet.

Others who have proven inconvenient to him aren't doing so well right now...

When someone hides something, they have something to hide. That speaks for itself.

You wrote-
“Despite being called a nut, crazy or a tin foil hat wearer, I have been a birther from the beginning. I was told to move on and attack him on the issues. Obviously that didnt get us very far. It’s not only the fact that we have not seen the records, but the effort that has been taken to prevent them from becoming public. IMHO, there is a smoking gun, or should I say smoking cannon hiden somewhere in these missing records.”

I agree, I’ve long thought there was a coverup regarding his original long form birth certificate, but I don’t claim to know the real reason behind it. The whole Kenyan birth scenario looks like a long shot and smells too “kooky conspiracy theory” to me. This idea that he was an indonesian citizen and covered it up actually makes a lot of sense. If indeed that was the case, wouldn’t it mean he holds dual allegiances and be ineligible for the presidency?

It’s looking more and more like a criminal case. Identity theft is a major crime.

Did he need to make a citizenship election at age 18 or 21? Did he?

As far as US law is concerned, no, he did not have to make an election. We recognize dual nationality

Yes, and it is obvious that the mentoring took effect.

There have been those who suggested that Frank was his father. And Franks reputation would suggest that is possible.

I do not believe that Frank is his father, but his total history is a “Zero” (Blank).

“It’s the cover up that’s the story.”

Thats for sure. Thing is, what is he really covering up? A PI working for Dr Orley Taitz dug up info about his use of multiple Social Security numbers. Amazes me that nobody sees probable felony identity theft when he was in college as an issue. I keep harping on this, maybe it will get someones attention and we can boot the felonious impostor out of office:
