having witnesses who lived next to the stated address who deny that a white woman gave birth to a black child in 1961 is pretty powerful, IMO. The “physical evidence” is being deliberately hidden or has been destroyed because of it’s incrimination. Therefore.... actual evidence of people who were there has to be considered important.
My gut tells me that although I would like for him to have been born in Kenya and thus disqualified from this office, that this all boils down to the fact that NO Father was listed on his birth certificate. And that his mother gave a false address, while living with her parents, or friends (not Barry’s father). (ie. he is a b—tard.)
It is possible there is more and it should be examined.
But a far more important issues are his passport records and registration at Columbia and Occidental College. Was he registered as a foreign exchange student. That is a serious probability.
Also his trip to Pakistan before college.
This will not go away. It will eventually be brought to light. I am surprised that with as many “powerful” people he has made enemies with due to his actions, that none of this has surfaced.
We shall see.

It’s pretty silly to expect someone-who lives in an area in which mixed race births are exceedingly common - to remember one such birth 46 years ago !
I think the real question is : Why is WND (already one of the least credible websites this side of DU) flogging this story - here and abroad - when they know with reasonable probability it is false ?
A possible explanation may be found in this excerpt from a doctrinal statement:

One of two scenarios IMHO:
. If Hillary had that card, she'd probably have played it by now; or
. The Democratic Party is covering it up and likely helping pay to keep the college and birth documentation sealed for perpetuity. They cannot afford for this information to ever be revealed, no matter what it takes to keep it untouchable. Scare tactics to the supremes (riots in the streets - burning of cities) could be used to contradict constitutional law.
To bad Steve McGarrett is not running Hawaii Five-0 anymore. He would get to the bottom of this in no time. He could send Chin over to check out that phony Kalanianaole Highway address as Che proves Zero’s birth certificate to be a forgery.

I don’t care whether he shows any document or not, all I care for is American justice and that We The People will get our day in court.
The longer that day is postponed the greater will become the inevitable amount of people willing to even forgo proper justice.

They would be prevented from doing so since per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born citizen of the United States to hold office as President. Their births in Austria and Cuba would not be considered natural born citizenship.
A case might be made that Barack Obama knew that he was not eligibile to serve as President since he’s probably not a natural born citizen. Consequently, he forged a “Certification of Live Birth” (COLB) and advertised it to the American people as authentic.
Dr. Ron Polarik analyzed Obama’s COLB and determined it to be a forgery. I firmly agree with him. The enclosed link provides Polarik’s article and displays the alleged forged document while pointing out altered numbers and discrepancies, etc.:

We the American people have the right to know if our President is eligible to hold office. For many, Obama has not proven this requirement.
Obama, I ask, WHERE were you born in Hawaii? Prove it! Where is your original birth certificate? Where?
The authorities MUST enforce the Constitution and require Obama to prove that he is a natural born American citizen. Action on this case is past due! If the Constitution were not going to be enforced, Schwarzenegger or Estefan could have been on the Republican ticket in 2008. What law permits the Democrats special privileges?
In closing, our past Presidents have Birthplace Museums. Just to name a few, Ronald Reagan has a Birthplace Museum in Tampico, Illinois and Bill Clinton has a Birthplace Museum in Hope, Arkansas where they were born. Where will Barack Obama’s Birthplace Museum be located at? At the Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya?

And I ask everyone, if this is a obstruction to a truthful Obama getting his agenda through, why not just release the documents we all must release for federal jobs or passports? Just try to go get a passport with a non traceable birth certificate and see how far you get.

As others have reported here on FR, the Obama "birth announcement" seems to have been forged and grafted onto the original newspaper copy at a later date. The fact that there is no evidence that the Obamas ever lived at the address indicated in the "birth announcement" is further evidence strongly suggesting that the birth announcement is a fake.
