Berg may have to go back to beating the drum that "9/11 was an inside job."

For the record, Taitz was involved in the CA Keyes lawsuit at the beginning, but has not been for some time.

The appeal in that case is being handled solely by Gary Kreep and the U.S. Justice Foundation.

So where was B. HUSSEIN Obama born?

Is that why Ms. Clinton is considering running for the presidency?

Can the so called president nominate anyone for the Supreme Court?

Does this mean we get our country back before HUSSEIN does any more

damage?

It’s to good to be true!

I read somewhere that Orly makes so many mistakes in her legal work that it's embarrassing and hurting her cause.

I believe it. Reading a bit of the complaint, if the emails provided are accurate, then she doesn’t even know how to spell “Cease and Desist”. I’m not sure how someone can get a law degree without learning that, but apparently it IS possible.

While I respect the determination and passion that Orly has shown in pursuing the BC issue, as a lawyer, I have to say that I believe that this is true. Her understanding of basic court procedure is atrocious and she doesn't appear to have a strong grasp of the actual legal concepts on which her case rests.

On top of that, her credibility is definitely weakened by her educational background. I am not one who gives much weight to what school someone attended...I went to law school at a solid, "meat and potatoes" state university in the midwest where admission was pretty competitive, but it surely wasn't the Ivy League. I don't think the name of a school makes one a good or bad attorney, but, justified or not, the fact that Orly attended law school via correspondence courses at a non-ABA accredited school blows serious holes in her credibility with other lawyers/judges. She obviously has some legal acumen or she couldn't have passed the California Bar Exam, which she did. However, her embarrassing slip ups in routine matters don't help her in an already uphill fight against the "diploma mill" stigma.

Here are some FAQs from Orly's "law school" relating to their lack of accreditation. Might shed some light into how she got that degree.

Do you have thoughts on why the BC issue hasn’t been heard?

I don’t understand “standing” in that seems to me any citizen has standing to know who is governing the country.

Do you think there’s a chance this will ever be heard at SCOTUS?

Philip Berg is a nut from what I can tell.

I don’t believe Orly Taitz is.

As I said in my previous post, I think Berg is problematic, but I think Taitz is doing something for all the right reasons. She may indeed be a legal train wreck.

I wish one of the “high priced Harvard trained lawyers” would step in and help this woman, if that is her shortcoming.

She may indeed be a legal train wreck.

Not very long ago, I asked a few basic questions about her background, qualifications and credibility (ie, things I like to know before I accept an invitation to donate $$$), and people were practically chasing me with pitchforks.

Would it be rude to say "I told you so?"

I’m really convinced she was into it for donations and was just stringing people along. She’s been caught in lies and couldn’t back peddle fast enough. I was a supporter at first but when I would post something that would come off as “correcting” her or pushing her in the right direction, she refused to post my comments even though i was polite about it. She only showed my flattering posts. All the while, some person she claimed threatened her got through her moderating process EVERY TIME! She then starts making insinuations that she needs donations for her security based on something that happened to her husband’s car. All of a sudden brand new people stated posting about Orly having donation drives to pay for security services, it was all transparent and quite sickening. My support of her ended when I learned that the attorneys she had mass emailed for help were slammed by her for actually helping. She had acted so desperate for assistance. Two of the attorneys that volunteered to help her said it appeared she has no real concern about the COLB issue, but was more interested in raising funds for “her cause”.

I don’t think it would be rude to say that, but that wasn’t really my point.

My point is that while she may not be a very accomplished lawyer, she is a passionate advocate for our constitutional republic and the rule of law. As I recall she was from an eastern bloc Soviet territory and as a result, might not take for granted that our enemies will follow the Constitution. She knows the Soviet Union had a constitution as well, and it served them well the way they used it.

Sure, she might not know law from the end of a donkey, and neither do I. But I know right from wrong, and as a citizen, I feel that this man who is trying singlehandedly to dismantle our country is not only wrong, but anti-American.

And I also know that there is nobody standing up and saying anything, because they don’t want to be labeled as a “right wing nutcase”, “extremist”, “racist” or “hatemonger”, all of which have been directed at her.

She apparently doesn’t care or has come to terms with people calling her names, and she displays a lot more courage than accomplished lawyers. I just wish some of those “smart and accomplished” people with expertise would help her or at least stand up to be counted.

In the world of Lead, Follow, or Get Out of the Way, she is leading, and the smart people should either follow (and help) or shut up and get out of the way.

That may all be true or not. And she may not be an attractive person. And she may have shot her cheesy video on a shoestring budget which is unprofessional looking. And she may be looking to scam people for money.

That said, I find it difficult to find fault with the key points that she has made in the things she has released that I have seen.

I am not a “birther”, and I don’t think this issue would go anywhere anyway. It isn’t as if he would be removed from office. I do think it is important for two reasons: First, it IS blatant disregard of the Constitution. Second, we need to ensure going forward that this is checked with no questions in our next national election, long before the candidate walks to the podium for an acceptance speech.

Perhaps before filing his next lawsuit, Mr. Berg should learn to compose a cogent paragraph.

I don't think Taitz helped her cause by waylaying two Supreme Court justices. Apparently she did this with the thought that their clerks were somehow screening the justices from knowledge of her case. Perhaps it is her foreign background that inclined her to think that outside communication with judges is a good way to make your case in American courts. I'm not a lawyer, but I would think that this would only go over well in the lowest, most corrupt court in the land.

From reading some of the things she has written, I also get the impression that she is sometimes prone to a paranoid line of thinking, especially when very tired.

I don’t know, it’s just a guess (about Ms. Clinton and the presidency). I wouldn’t put it past her though. The Clinton’s and Obama’s are Illinois thugs. Mr. Clinton called Obama one. With this hatred between them I would say it’s a good possibility.
