Miami-Dade Prosecutor Punches Pizza Delivery Lady

Veteran Miami-Dade prosecutor David Ranck faces battery charges after an alleged scuffle with a pizza delivery woman on Saturday during a delivery that went horribly wrong.

It's the second report of prosecutors gone wild in the past week. A Broward County prosecutor was arrested late last week for punching a cop in the back of the head during a barroom fight.

At least he picked on a man.

According to police reports, Ranck and the unidentified woman got into a shouting match when the delivery person couldn't get into the attorney's gated community. After a bit of shouting that woke the neighbors, the woman told Ranck to come downstairs if he wanted his pizza.

Are you foreign? That is such an ignorant question. This is a very informal forum and lots of times people don't bother to cap the first word in the sentence. Also, people sometimes miss a letter in a word when their thinking is running faster more than they can type.

I try my very best in making sure that my writing follows all grammar and writing rules. However, I can’t fault someone for misspelling or capitalizations even though FR is read by thousands of people every. There are people who are aren’t good writers like us. BTW - I write for a living here in the US even though I am foreign — have lived here for 30+ years. Even with that, I still make mistakes when I post here on FR (due to laziness at times.) I would say that people just don’t take the time to do caps and check their spelling. I just take it with a grain of salt.

Don’t pay attention to humblegunner, if you haven’t been ripped by him before than you haven’t been on FR very long. He just does stuff like that all the time. We have all been jumped by him about one thing or another, after a while you just take it with a grain of salt. He also gives out with some good stuff now and then too, he isn’t all grumpy:)

Thanks for all your support. I was actually defending another poster who didn’t capitalize the first word in his/her sentence and misspelled “perhaps.” Humblegunner proceeded on slamming the poster for the mistake and asked the poster, “Are you foreign?”

I thought that was an ignorant question since most posters don’t take the time to check grammar and spelling when they post.

If you check out his posts, you'll find most of them are like that....I find that sometimes even FR spell check doesn't have the word I'm looking for so you just do the best you can...But grammar & spelling police on an adult board seems kind of juvenile..
