Good Morning Mayor. This was a great devotional today. When I read the first line I gasped! A memory flooded my mind!

One of my first and vivid memories as a 7year old girl was my brother's male quartet practicing in our living room! He was a student at Simpson Bible Institute(now University) and the song that I remember them rehearsing was titled " Free Grace"...

You know the song “They’re writing songs of love, but not for me?” Wellllll, “They’re making high heeled shoes, but not for me” is now my anthem! LOL! I have looked at all your cute graphics but I must go. Have a doctor’s appt.(ugh) and must make some fast tracks. I will joining you in the fun as soon as possible!!

This bout has been going on since about mid May. My highest stress point for the year. :) As long as I just eat pears and tapioca I seem to be ok. Have to eat something sometime tho and it just sets it off again. OTOH, I’ve lost a bunch of the weight my doc seems to think I need to. I weighed 120 as a fresman in high school, about 145-155 now. Doc wants me to look like I’m still a skinny teenager, hubby likes me as is. Can’t make everybody happy!

Glad you’re done with your cleaning. It’s such a necessary pain. :)
