I just stated P90X last week. Found this old conversation from last year. Are you still doing it? How as your original 90 day program results? I am four days in and FEELING IT. Looking forward to getting through the first week and seeing how my performance improves.
Did plyo yesterday morning...don’t follow it religiously but i use some of the cardio sections still.
I started it the last week of February and have lost 12 pounds. My jeans are falling off of me.
So you are into your recovery week...core synergistic was pretty tough in my opinion.
Are you still doing P90x? What are your thoughts on the program?
I still do some of the program dvd’s...it’s not something you can continue at the hard pace it goes(i’m not getting any younger)...at least not me..i work many hours a week but it did get me in shape and i dropped about 25 pounds...i highly recommend it still.
I love mine. Didn’t know there was an “X’ model yet.
