I think we need to bring the protest to the criminals. Any news out there on a collective tea party from all states on DC? Not only that, he had already planned a business trip to DC, so the restaurant paid for his travel!
John also told me that Chris Sommers is one of the most dedicated people he knows to the environmental cause.
In fact, his restaurant buys carbon credits from a wind farm in Colorado.
Not only that, they recycle about 75% of their waste.
Not only that, John himself is going into the green building business. You couldn’t find a worse case for environmental hypocrisy.
Finally, Barack Obama isn’t saddling the American taxpayer with the tab for this feast. He’s picking up the tab, for local ingredients, out of his own pocket.
Don’t tarnish the honorable word “king” by linking it with the current secular leadership of America. A king isn’t crowned by the Church unless he first swears to God Almighty to defend the Nation and the Faith above everything else. If he fails to uphold his oath, the Church withdraws his crown, and he is no longer king. In a very real sense, a king is beholden to God.
An elected leader like our president is beholden to no one and nothing except the Mob that elected him... and they’re easy enough to control.

Remember, Galt is our hero. Study the bible. Things have been worse, way worse in times past. Try to get rid of everything in your brain which is there because of Political Correctness. Make a long list of every bit of nonsense that the PC world wants to instill-—and maybe in 2 weeks make a slow, cautious return to the nonsensical world of bankrupt (morally and materially) mainstream media and entertainment. Try to limit it to ten minutes a day.
Then write a journal of the America you used to know so your grandkids will have a reference point. Publish it on line, or put it piecemeal on threads here. Our support will make you feel better.

As far as "the best pizza", not a chance he'll get that either. It's made here in Springfield Virginia at Delia Pizza.
Second best pizza is made in a little operation in Brookfield Plaza started up by Afghan refugees. They make a totally kosher or halal pizza ~ using turkey meat substitutes. In the early days you could get a mare's milk cheese base ~ it is to die! The natives hereabouts don't share with outsiders like Obama.
Realistically, there’s better things to be upset about regarding Obama. The guy is coming in to make pizzas for a party of 140. If I were the pizza store owner, I would have flown over out of my own pocket, just for the publicity.
Are you a Christian? If so, relax. We must put our faith, trust and hope in Christ and not in man and man’s constructs.
I am as upset as anyone about everything going on - the general decline in civility, the lack of morals, the destruction of families, etc. Then there are our economic woes and the scary things Obama is trying to do with our government. Okay, and that’s just the internal stuff - then there’s all the external threats - Islamo-terror, the nuclear games being played out in N. Korea, Iran, Pakistan, etc. etc.
So, while we need to do whatever we can to elect the righteous to office so that we do not suffer catastrophes, we must keep our eye on our treasure, which is our Lord.
I hope you will take heart, dear. But if you are not a believer, then I don’t know what might give you solace.

Anyway, that song always gets me a little misty eyed, knowing how much we’ve gained in technological and medical advances and so on and even some advances with rights for people who definitely were abused, but the costs seem much greater, IMHO.
