No. That many cats is too many animals in the house. The litterbox for that many cats would put so much bacterial stuff floating in the air that your daughter would be breathing that . . . . absolutely not! Not to mention . . who IS this guy anyway?!!

When my son was an undergrad and active in the Vietnamese student association, I was surprised that the usually conservative Vietnamese parents let their daughters live with a guy. The rationale was that the guy would provide protection for the group of girls.
I come from the era of co-ed dorms, so just living with a guy doesn’t bother me as much as the idea that he’s got 4 cats, 1 bathroom, and he’s sleeping in the living room. Kinda tight. I’d prefer he had his own bedroom and bath. You’d have to be one very broke chick to take up this offer.
And you don’t want them! A few years back, I was a single guy with a great house and an income 8 times my mortgage. I found every lost soul female that need “to get back on their feet” They never spent much time on their feet, but they all left financially better than they showed up. Took me a few years, but I learned my lesson. Crazy stops at the door.

The oldest is 22, went to a private Christian school, and is finishing up college with a degree in Communications. She’s still living at home and likes staying home with her family members where there is protection and companionship already, outside of a romantic relationship.
The world is a very unsafe place today and women and girls are prey to many unholy influences. There is and should not be any stigma about living with the nuclear family until such time as marriage presents itself. It was that way in the old days when there were fewer perverse influences on society compared to today.
I know my husband, if some guy were to approach my daughters with dishonerable intentions they’d have to see past the end of his shotgun. :)
