They're grrrreat!

Michael Phelps: Olympic Record Breaker View SlideshowMichael Phelps broke a 36-year-old record for most Olympic gold medals. Now he's apparently been caught smoking a bong. A month after Kelloggs dropped Olympic champion Michael Phelps' endorsement contract, a California food bank has gotten a sudden windfall: two tons of Frosted Flakes and Corn Flakes with the gold medal winner on the box.

The boxes, featuring Phelps flashing his pearly whites, flew off the shelves at the San Francisco Food Bank and employees even kept a few as souvenirs, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

That's probably not all they keep either. I thought they were supposed to feed the hungry but I guess having a celebrity 'souvenir' comes first.

Hope someone has the foresight to hold back a few boxes to sale on Ebay someday.

More hypocrisy from those “wacky, knuckleheaded” commies! May as well say it...”if these were conservatives caught ‘stealing’ Korn Flakes from the very mouths of the hungry and impoverished...”

...I don’t understand the controversy, I mean if Obama admits to doing coke, and he’s elected president, why the hell would anyone care if a twenty-something swimmer and Frosted Flakes spokesman took a bong-hit?

2 tons of supply does not a collectors item make...

I volunteer at a food bank twice a week. We had dozens of the Michael Phelps Frosted Flakes boxes in stock. We took them immediately to distribution so none of the community service workers would walk out with one under their jackets...

Pot smokers are lazy, unmotivated losers.

Unless they win 8 gold medals.

Drug Warriors still trying to wrap their minds around that one.
