Coachella Valley (mid-eastern portion).....I was "flossing and brushing" in the bathroom and didn't notice anything; but wifey bolted into the area -- she definitely felt a jolt.
I'd been standing over the sink, and she'd been seated......for what that's worth to seismologists.

Thanks, he's been through hurricanes, Iraq, Afghanistan, and numerous other hot spots, but I don't know that he's experienced an earthquake!

I felt it in 2nd story office in San Diego, thought it was local small quake. Found on recent quakes site right afterwards.
