Biden was wrong on the Cold War

The choice of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has electrified many conservatives and strengthened John McCain's claim that his administration would be far more reform-minded than Barack Obama's. At the same time, it has triggered accusations that Gov. Palin is far too inexperienced to be vice president, and has little knowledge of national security issues.

Mrs. Palin's lack of mastery of national security issues is often contrasted with Mr. Obama's vice presidential pick, Joseph Biden Jr. Mr. Biden has served in the Senate since 1973, is currently chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, and is often described as a "statesman."

In fact, decade after decade and on important issue after important issue, Mr. Biden's judgment has been deeply flawed.

Good round up of how Joe Biden had the wrong stance in just about every major foreign-policy issue in the last 30 years.

It would be challenging to try and compile a list of what he got RIGHT.

They forgot about:

- Biden tellin the UN they were wrong about Kosova and Biden votes for the bombing of Kosova.( Clinton war good, Bush war bad)

-Biden originally calling for more troops in Iraq, until Gen. Petraeus/Pres.Bush proposed the surge, then he was against it

—Biden called for the 3 partition of Iraq

Isn't Sen. Biden's name mentioned in the recent Tom Hanks movie 'Charlie Wilson's War' as one of the US Senators who "F___'ed-up" the US government's mission in supporting the Mujahedin after the Soviets were driven out then who became the Northern Alliance after the Taliban rushed in from Pakistan?

Someone who has the movie or the book should look for any reference to Joe Biden.
