It’s the ink.
Another caesarean section. Keepin it *real* for Bradley.
Unlike a lot of Hollywood prima donnas, she might actually do some work with them. When my niece was very young she examined one of my hands in the curious uninhibited way children do such things. “Why are your hands so hard?” she ask. It kind of made me proud to tell her that it was because I worked with tools and metal.
I like that she’s giving the money to charity.
Charity and humanitarian efforts trump trashy personal relationships. OK, I get it now. Whether one considers her a role model or not, public figures are fair game. Does her PR humanitarian work cover up her lack of moral character?
I dunno.
Gotta go now ... I have an appointment for collagen injections in my lips. ;D
I don’t care how much money is donated. She’s still pimping her kids out to the public. And that is NOT a good cause.
Ha. Rumor is she had c-sections because she has the herp. Those gossip blogs can be brutal- to everyone!
It completely baffles me that someone would pay that kind of money for pictures of someone’s kids. For once I would like to see the media idolize a good doctor, engineer, or someone other than the highly exalted “movie star” who actually contributes relatively little to humankind by being pretty or being a good actor.
I read van interview with her last month. She said that she isn’t one of these people who run around shouting peace...give peace a chance..just sit down and talk. She realizes how we must use violence as a means to peace. Sounded pretty good. She’s seen enough to realize the way the world works.

Gia was the first movie she was in (I think it was a made for TV movie.) It was based on the true story of a supermodel who died from a heroin overdose. She was very good in it.
I’m starting to like her for more than her looks myself.
She had her first c-section because Shiloh was breach. She’d wanted to do a water birth and fought pretty hard against the c-section.
And considering the first c-section and having twins this time it is not surprising that she had to do a repeat c-section. Besides we don’t know the position of the twins. 1 or both of them might have been breach themselves.
And no, I don’t go around studying every stars birthing details. But on another board I visit there are a lot of us who are natural birth, home birth, VBAC, etc., mamas. So we kind of take notice of the ones who want/promote natural births.
That's funny, I was thinking exactly the opposite. Nice hands, but whoooaa Nellie. I've never thought she was attractive, but the tone of this thread is kinda funny. Apparently the parents of any child who has been either on screen or in print are really pimps.
The pappanazis that tail celebs around are going to cash in on the twins no matter what. Those pictures will be taken, whether she "ignores the system" or not. She beat them to the punch, and did something charitable.
I don't recall the freak "TomKat" team doing anything resembling altruism with their staged Vanity Fair photo session.
well, the problem with that is doctors and engineers don’t owe their careers and position to the goodwill of the press, which puts the press in a relatively powerless position.
The press likes to use and abuse it’s power and they know that celebrities depend on their goodwill. Doctors and engineers don’t.
