Is Firefox also not relevant? Last I heard it had not reached the magical 25% mark.
Firefix, and to a much lesser extent, Safari, are only relevant in the sense that web developers need to make sure their UI works in those browsers. IE still rules the roost and nobody is even a close second. The working group purists will moan and complain about IE's lack of standards adherence in certain areas, but it doesn't really matter. Developers know that they absolutely MUST support Microsoft products first and foremost for a general web application, or their product will be dead on arrival.
