HOW EXACTLY did the feds "Get Smart" about Anne Hathaway's breakup with her troubled boyfriend?
A pal of jailed wheeler-dealer Raffaello Follieri suspects the starlet spoke with the FBI shortly before they arrested her ex for an alleged $6 million con job.
"It makes sense," the friend said. "She's referred to as his former girlfriend in the indictment even though her spokesman never confirmed they broke up."
Hathaway, who is not identified by name in the criminal complaint, split with Follieri shortly before his arrest last week. He is charged with posing as an agent of the Vatican to fleece investors out of millions.
"I think that in return for her cooperation, the feds held off on arresting Follieri until she was out of the country," the friend said.

So, let me get this straight, she found out her boyfriend was a scumbag and was defrauding people in the name of a church, and then came clean and told the FBI what she knew?

you know, my point wasn’t really WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD TELL [since i started out by saying i would NEVER do it], my point really was, what sort of mentality a woman would have, to not even think about what she might look like/not care if her breasts were as visible as if she had not worn a top at all.
Since it’s impossible that she doesn’t know what it looks like, I assume she’s perfectly happy to be showing the general public her marketable assets. Different standards, and all that.

This could also be PR damage control from Anne Hathaway’s people. It could be that the FBI investigators found out about her dumping the guy by reading the tabloids a few weeks ago like everyone else.
The jury requires further exhibits before guilt or innocence may be determined.

Most people think that black clothing will not show what is underneath. However, a flash from a camera exposes what is underneath, since black absorbs light and reflect the light skin underneath.
i guess you are right, since the pic of Kerry’s daughter was much the same, and the aforementioned atrocity/pic of babs streisand where she had on some black sleeveless mess that made her look positively bovine.
It was transparent in a sort of tasteful body-painted look. I can't believe they pulled my post. I didn't look closely enough to see the see nips peaking through the black top until I had already posted the pic though.

Well last year she played Jane Austin on PBS, apparently she is trying to compensate. She is probably better known for playing the 'Princess Bride' and costarring in 'Brokeback Mountain' (one of the guys was cheating on her character with his buddy).
I’m pretty sure you mean the Princess Diaries. She’s a tad young to have been in the Princess Bride. :)
In anycase, the Princess Diaries explain a lot. These modern Disney girls have trouble keeping it lady-like.
