Robert Asprin has written a delightful series of magic kingdom stories (with trolls and trollops (a female troll is of course a Trollop) and fairy godfathers).
The residents from the demonsion Perve are obviously Prevects (No, they are NOT Perverts!) but , alass, Hollywood has not made a movie of this series.
