Censorship. Book burning. The Criminalization of Christianity. It's here and it's now the law in the state of Colorado.
The Ku Klux Klan can march. The Nazis can hand out brochures. Skinheads can do whatever it is that Skinheads do. But in the state of Colorado, the only group who is NOT allowed to be heard is the Christians. They're the ones who disagree with same-sex marriage, cohabitation, and believe the biblical view that homosexuality is a sin. But if they voice that objection from now on, it had better be inside the four walls of a church. If not, they'll be staring at the four walls of a prison cell for up to a year.
No kidding.
Tobin Kerns was planning his own Columbine-like mass murder. But they caught him and convicted him of conspiracy to commit murder and threatening to use deadly weapons in 2006, sentencing him to a whopping 10 months.
Plan a Columbine-like mass murder and you'll do 10 months in jail. Say homosexual "marriage" is a sin (in a state where same-sex marriage is illegal), and you'll be doing a year behind bars.

Well obviously it was Christianity that motivated the Columbine massacre. Sarcasm of course.
To Liberals, the protection of human life is considered less important than the freedom to shag up the anus.
WND makes it sound as though no one can publish a pamphlet against homosexuality and hand it out on the street corner. I think what the bill is actually saying is that you cannot have pamphlets sitting out on the counter of the pizza shop you work for. Still problematic mind you but not nearly as bad as the article makes it seem.
...in an earlier section of the bill it broadens the definition of who cannot be discriminated against by a business open to the public.
Open to the public as opposed to - what? Space aliens?
What about book stores and news stands?
Will churches have to become “members only”?
I do believe this legislation has some serious 1st Amendment issues to contend with. But, I do think though that WND covered it as if it would be enforced on the public at large. It seems to be more of a broadening of anti-discrimination legislation to include sexual orientation than a blanket prohibition on any sort of publication of anti-homosexual material.
We live in a PC world - everyone is a victim, everyone is part of some protected class. This is one of the goals of the statists and we hear very little, if any, objection from GOP leadership on issues like this. So we shouldn't be real surprised when this stuff gets made into law. Maybe if we had some conservatives with backbones leading this country we wouldn't have these issues to deal with.

I am in Colorado and this a published communication. There is no such thing as homosexual ‘marriage’ and homosexuality is a neurosis IMO. Come and arrest me.
