When I said I would give a pleasant surprise to Brityank, I meant I would like to paint a painting for him. Because I would like to thank him for his kindness towards me. Maybe he doesnt think its anything, But I really care. Because I think I must keep my promise, and do my best, I will do it, and Im free now. I hope Brityank feels free about this too. Because it is just a painting, and I just need an excuse to exercise my drawing skills. I am so lazy sometimes you know, I like to relax from time to time and enjoy some form of recreation just the same as the other kids do. Now here is the_painting.
Keep up the beautiful work.
A new painting. Welcome to give me some suggestions. Thank you.
Thank you, xcamel, you are so quikly.
Hung How!
Excellent work. What kind of art is it? Pen and ink? ?
Beautiful, it reminds me of some places in the Jemez and Valle Vidal in New Mexico.
Wow chinaboy! Your beautiful drawing does not look like the work of someone who is lazy. Excellent work! Thank you for sharing it with us. :)
Yes, It is Pen and ink.
I nearly made one of those photos on the other thread you posted my laptop background.
How long did it take you?
Thank you, some times I am a lazy boy, like sleeping all day.
LOL
That’s wonderful. You have a great talent.
Will you please add me to your ping list? Your painting is beautiful; a pleasant surprise on a Monday evening.
About 20hours. And because of the humid weather, I have repainted so many times.
You are welcome to be aaded in my ping list. Thanks for your kind words.
Thank you.
It is not “just a painting”. It is a beautiful work of art. Brityank will be very pleased.
You have been given a special talent. Please take every advantage of your gift.
We will be in Shanghai, Dailin, and some other city I cannot remember right now, in August. I will let you know later what our itinerary is. I would be honored if we could arrange to meet.
Very nice, of all the art forms people that use pen and ink and accomplish photo-like pictures is most impressive in my eyes.
You are welcome to China, and I live in Nanning city. It is my honored if I can entertain you.
Thank you.
The detail is incredible! There was someone who said it looks so much like here (New Mexico, US) which was funny because I was thinking that looks so much like here (Missouri, US). You could take a canoe here in Missouri, US and find a place just like that.
So...young man. What do you plan to do with your talent? I think you wrote something some time back about wanting to be an architect? That is good, artists can sometimes go hungry. Beautiful work, but it may not pay. I used to go to “starving artist” sales. However, I must say, they did not have the talent you portray. There is no question you have talent.
Excellent work! Keep at it. It’s much better than what the local university students display at a nearby coffee house.
Stunning. Do you paint from memory or on-site?
LOL
Thank you, ozarkgirl, maybe you can post a photo of Missouri, US in here. I do not have any impression about the place you have mentioned.
I am not have the talent as you say. I am have no gift to become a artist, I know who I am. I am not the person who with an artistic temperament. But I wanna be an architect.
I like that profession.
I painted from a picture.
Thank you, I will keep at it.
Do you have any wood products/manufacturing plants in Nanning?
One of our businesses imports wood products from China, especially bamboo cutting boards, flooring, furniture, etc.
I don’t like the very long trip to China, but I love being there. It is a beautiful country with very kind and gracious people.
Be warned, there are some FReepers who will have a lot of fun with the title of this thread...
GB
I will do a inquiry for if there are any wood products/manufacturing plants in Nanning. When I get the result, I will post it to you. Personally, I do not have any wood products/manufacturing plants. But hope I can help you.
Thank you.
Thank you. I will look forward to your information.
Ni Hao..beautiful drawing.
bump for later...lovely work, looks like Michigan November through April
Wow! That’s great! Is there a larger version?
If you gave me 1/1000th of your talent, it would triple what I have now.
Keep up the GREAT work, and keep posting it.
Please add me to your ping list.
Thank you. Your words so kind. It my honored to add you to my ping list.
Yes I have a larger version, if you want I would like to post it for you.
Thanks for you like it.
;^)
ni ye hao. Thank you for your reply.
Thought you may find this picture of the Mississippi flood interesting. It was taken last week and it's a statue of the explorers Lewis and Clark.
Thank you, Aquamarine, I like the picture which you show to me. Do you have a larger version?
This is what it's supposed to look like. Lewis and Clark
Is there anything subliminal in the work, something you put in to be seen but not obvious. It seems a figure is contained in the painting.
Beautiful. I could stare at your drawings for hours.
Sorry Aquamarine, I can’t open the link.
I used to sketch with pencils and charcoal when I was younger, and I always found it relaxing.
You are very talented, and thank you for sharing with us!
sorry, but I am not sure the meaning of your post.
Thank you dbwz, I like pencil sketch too, but I had not sketched with charcoal before. Maybe I should have a try.
