In 2003, Peckman championed Initiative 101, which would have required the city to promote peacefulness. The campaign cost $2,000, and the initiative lost - with a respectable 32 percent of the vote.
Peckman first popped into the public eye in 1998, when his name was put on the ballot as the U.S. Senate candidate for the Natural Law Party, a now-defunct group based on the Maharishi's teachings.
His Initiative 101 was dubbed "Safety through Peace."
Depite being ridiculed and misunderstood, the initiative got more than 28,000 votes.
Peckman wrote Measure 27, a 2002 Oregon initiative that would have required the labeling of genetically engineered food. Although it lost, it was endorsed by Paul McCartney, Consumers Union and others.
Peckman is confident that his latest initiative not only will get on the ballot but will pass...

AT the last UFO conference, there was an excellent presentation by a highly respected forensic high ranking—I think State—police inspector.
He conclusively proved strictly from the forensic perspective that very unusual events occurred at Roswell.

As I just tacked on to an older thread about the AZ flyover/Phoenix lights:
The military disinformation flare drop was obvious.
1. the flare lights were not a static distance apart. Quite normally, they varied in distance apart as the winds blew them differently.
2. The flare lights were of varying intensities as some sputtered out at the end of their burn while others were still burning.
3. The flare lights included smoke from their burning.
4. The color spectrum was quite different fro the flares.
The 35mm motion pic film the MD took of the UFO flyover earlier in the evening proved the above was NOT the UFO. Comparisons between videos of the flares with the MD’s film and other videos of the UFO are quite conclusive.
5. The 911 phone bank supervisor’s claims that there were only a few calls were soundly refuted by a number of 911 operators themselves asserting that there were thousands and that their lines were swamped with reports of the UFO flyover earlier in the evening.
6. Not to be easily dismissed is the commercial piot who’s gone on record . . . he was flying his small plane above the large UFO as it slowly crossed over Phoenix. He insists he could have landed his large commercial airliner ON THE UFO—the UFO was that large.
7. In spite of the 1,000’s of witnesses . . . some still prefer to deny reality about the AZ flyover.

That's simply factually untrue. More research would have demonstrated that in abundance were one interested in facts.
1. The best researchers do not lead the clients in the least respect under hypnosis.
2. Thousands of victims have remembered essentially the SAME scenarios WITHOUT ANY hypnosis at all. The assertion above is ludicrous, uninformed, laughable.
3. Hypnosis does not insert implants into folks that were not there the day before but are on the MRI's etc. the next day. And, some of which have been extracted and revealed to be rather unusual in terms of known human technologies.
4. Hypnosis does not put odd designs and other marks on victims' bodies.
5. Hypnosis does not remove a baby at the end of the first trimester that an MD had verified the day before the abduction was still a womb bound happy fetus and verified the absence of the day after the abduction.
6. Hypnosis does not cause a husband to suddenly realize he's been hoisted on an anal probe and lifted a few feet off his bed while his wife is in zombie land sleeping oblivious to it all . . . with the usual grey type ET's doing the dishonors . . . whereupon he screams something like STOP THIS IN JESUS NAME whereupon the probe is withdrawn so quickly that he freefalls the several feet to his bed waking his wife . . . with verifiable evidence marking his anal orifice.
7. Hypnosis does not cause different family members and acquaintances to remember seeing each other onboard the ET's ships.
Try again. Absurd groping is hardly an impressive effort to rationalize away such goings on.
