MAY 21--Meet Alex Phillips. The Wisconsin teenager is facing felony child pornography charges for allegedly posting naked photos of his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend on his MySpace page. When contacted by police about the two images, Phillips, 17, balked at removing the pictures of the girl. Warned that he could face jail for publishing images of the minor, Phillips told an investigator, "F#@! that, I am keeping them up," according to a criminal complaint filed yesterday in Lacrosse County Circuit Court. Phillips, pictured in the below mug shot, told cops that he posted the photos last week "because he was venting." The cell phone camera photos had been taken by the girl, who provided them to Phillips. Along with posting the photos, Phillips added explicit captions like, "Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!" While claiming that his goal was not to harm the girl, Phillips acknowledged that, "he probably should not have done this," according to the May 20 court filing. Along with the child porn count, Phillips was charged with defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.
I hope he makes Prison Prom Queen!
This is our new sexual morality.
She sounds like a real beauty too.
And what the H@ll was the 16 yr old girlfriend thinking having those pictures taken?
IBTZ
Fooled him.
Still, once he turns 18 he gets transferred to a real prison with real horndogs
Ditto. I'm adding this story to my list of reasons that most teenage boys need to have the waste products knocked out of them at least once in order to recalibrate their brains for adult life.
Don’t count on it.
The Dems and the ACLU will be more than happy to defend this little turd on the grounds of his first amendment rights.
DUMB ASS
The underlying problem is that we have allow psychologists ( my wife is one so I speak from experience ) to tell us that any form of corporal punishment is bad and it is now taboo to discipline wayward morons anymore. I disagree there comes a point when disrespectful, rebel ass_ats like this need to have the crap knocked out of them to show them that they are not special and must conform to societal norms.
Not exactly rare.
Many, many do it and email it to their bf thinking it will bring them love.
His parents must be so proud. They sure did a good job of raising him!
The caption he posted with the photo will soon be verbalized by his future cell mate.
“”Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!””
I bet he has a pencil sized member to boot.
The girl was described as his "ex girl friend". She said she was extremely upset that this had happened, and that she had not given the guy permission to show the pictures to anyone else.
Luckily for the rest of us, they'll be old enough to vote pretty soon. And his ex-con status isn't ever going to prevent him from being registered to vote anyway, in Wiconsin.
“This is our new sexual morality.”
Not among the teens I know.
This cell phone self pic issue has to be dealt with.
I know many here don’t want to hear this but when a 16 year old girl takes pictures of herself and sends them out, she is the one to blame, not the person she sent them to.
It is wrong to imprison the less guilty of the two involved.
I keep thinking about that town in Vermont where kids lounge around town naked. It’s legal to be naked there. It’s legal to see naked teens in public there. But if you took a picture of it, you’ve committed a crime.
I don’t have a solution but the existing laws are wrong.
You seem to be in the wrong place. Let me help you.

The resemblance is scary.
TMI
Sadly teens sending pics of themselves naked to other teens is a big trend today.
This is your brain on stupid.

I think they should get adjoining cells while they await trial.
Camera Rule #1: Never photograph something you don’t want everyone to see.

Read and noted.
What a moron.
