I posted a link to a story Dr. Laura wrote about this competition last week. I agree that Kenny Loggins' son is a great musician. I would call Dee Snider's kid a very talented entertainer, but he is pretty weak in the music department.

Yeah, but go to Plant's web site or YouTube and watch the vid of 'Gone, Gone, Gone' - they won a Grammy and a CMT award for it. They were both good. I was pleasantly surprised that they meshed so well. Plant is such a musical chameleon in the way he can transition from one style and genre to the next. Listen to the progression from 'The Principle of Moments' to 'Shaken and Stirred' to 'Fate of Nations' to 'Mighty Rearranger'. It's like some deep sea creature navigating the ocean's currents.

Crosby is a great guy. He lives in Santa Barbara and is active in many local charities, including a couple that I am involved with.

In the picture I posted we took Stephanie out for dinner and a show in Santa Barbara. It was her first real night out a few months after she was injured. The show was a Surf Rider benefit with Crosby Loggins at SOhO on State Street in Santa Barbara. Crosby met with Stephanie, listened to her story and then later during his performance thanked her for her service to the country and dedicated a song to her.

Gossip: I briefly dated 'Til Tuesday's old Boston-area booking manager right after she moved to Herndon. And got to 'third base'. No kidding. The only thing that kept me from a 'home run' was that - and you gotta appreciate the irony here - we were at her place, and MTV was broadcasting a 'Til Tuesday concert that evening!!!!! Man, did it suck to be me that night. LOL :-)
