Good grief, man: he carried your sun-bleached skeleton for the last eleventy jillion dollars. Show some loyalty if you can.

Keith is a good guitar player and a good song writing partner, but for him to put down Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin is foolish and vain.
Jimmy Page can kick the crap out of Keith’s guitar playing.

Looking at the musicians that came out of that era and floated between bands, we probably still would’ve heard of Keef whether it was as a member of the Small Faces, Faces, Led Zepplin (Ron Wood almost got the gig) or as a session musician like Nicky Hopkins.
Would he have had a career in music for 45 years? I don’t know but the Rolling Stones wouldn’t. They almost gave it up in 1981. That was considered a long life for a band at that time.

One of my coworkers, who was trying to quit smoking, had a large copy of this image posted in his cubicle:
He said he didn't want to wind up looking like this. It worked. He quit.

Jagger’s role in “Performance” more than compensates for his work in “Freejack.”

In the interview, he also belittled Led Zeppelin's December one-off reunion gig, telling Uncut: "They had one? Well, well done Jimmy (Page) and Robert (Plant). F**k off. Stairway To Heaven don't make it for me, baby."

Mick is vain? Who knew? Who knows WHY?
I'm sorry, but the guy is ugly, can't sing, and has no rhythm. The fact that anybody has ever heard of him might be explained by drugs.
I'd be stoned if I had to listen to much of the Stones!

“Power freak”?
How about just plain “FREAKS”. That is what SHOW BUSINESS is all about. Freak shows.
Jagger is another rich idiot.
Remember that Jagger is the same idiot that used some honey bees in a tube on his tiny pecker trying to get them to sting so it would be bigger?
HA! What a pathetic, big lipped turd.

Hey Keith,
If Jagger had hooked up with a different group of knuckleheads back in the early 60’s, that group would have still been a big deal. And if you had hooked up with some ‘run-of-the-mill’ front man, you’d have been a garage band guitarist. Count your blessings, man.

Jaggers solo career (outside of acting) never took him very far. Jagger's solo release "Goddess in the Doorway" was shot through with unabashed testimonies of his faith in God. No wonder it never went anywhere. Musically, it was creditable; even interesting but, apart from the lyrics (which were quite so), not really surprising. The guest appearances added a nice touch.
I didn't say that Keith Richards didn't add anything to the band. I simply assert that Jagger is the brains and stability behind the operation. Such serial success doesn't happen by accident.

never took him very far.Just saw this part. How much further than the Rolling Stones can any band go without being the Beatles? It's like saying his writing of books never took Isaac Newton very far.
I sense Jagger's solo efforts were for the fun of it. What on earth did he have to prove? And that's another thing. He has nothing to prove, and runs his business that way.
