LOS ANGELES A judge issued an arrest warrant for Daniel Baldwin on Friday when the actor didn't show up to court to give a progress report on his drug rehabilitation. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Millington issued the no-bail bench warrant and revoked Baldwin's probation after he failed to appear "without sufficient excuse" and without his lawyer, according to court documents.
An after-hours call to Baldwin's attorney, Grant Hoagland, was not immediately returned. Baldwin, brother of actors William, Stephen and Alec Baldwin, was required to meet with the judge in connection with a cocaine-possession case.

On the light side....FYI ping.
Nice mugshot. Not quite Noltesque, but still top-tier.
Don’t expect aqny bombarding headlines as in MSM’s style at the Rush Limbaugh case.
Never heard of ‘em; don’t recognize his picture. Speaks to my good taste.
Alec’s brother, lol.
That’s a choice photo, isn’t it?
And all across the Freeper Nation, I hear the plaintive cry: “Why, oh, why couldn’t it have been Alec?”
One Baldwin brother seems to have turned out OK - Stephen.
So true!!
Daniel Baldwin has been a naughty boy. He was supposed to show up to court this morning at 10:00AM for a hearing but didn't show up because he's in Toronto shooting a movie.Baldwin wasn't even supposed to leave the country without getting it cleared through the court first, so the judge revoked his probation.
Baldwin's probation officer also snitched on the actor revealing that he missed an appointment on December 5 and several AA meetings.
Actor Stephen Baldwin told a packed house of students in Dallas about his conversion to Christ following the 9/11 attacks and of his latest venture, Livin It, a high-energy DVD aimed at the extreme sports youth culture, featuring top Christian skateboarders and stunt bikers.
Maybe Stephen can help him get his life turned around...
Mark
Ah, must be one of the “rules are for the little people” crowd.
Where did your tagline come from?

I’m certain he’s praying that way.
God will deal with the Baldwin brothers. I have no doubt.
Yeppers. But it seems maybe this judge doesn’t cotton too well to being ignored. I wonder exactly what the judge will do when Daniel decides to stroll into court.
I'm not MarkL, but the line comes from the movie Monty Python and The Holy Grail. I highly recommend it!
Wonder which Baldwin had the very small brain that day.
I believe that he is a member of the Film Actors Guild.
That is one funny line.
I don’t understand why people continue to get involved with drugs.
For how many years do people have see ruined lives, due to drugs, for it begin to sink into their pea brains that DRUGS ARE ADDICTIVE to everyone, and it causes harm, not only to oneself, but to those around them?
All of that said I do think the last 20 or so years has been driven partly by the break down of the old fashioned family and the movement to not punish and make behavior have real consequences. I see it almost every day where little Johnny gets away with murder, manipulating his single mother who has some kind of guilt complex because Johnny does not have a live in Dad. A guy that works for me married a woman with a child. They just got divorced and the woman has let the boy become the ward of his(the boy's) girlfriend's parents because - "he is just to hard to deal with" - kid is 14. Blows my mind.
I agree with your assessments; I especially think you're very close the mark right above. I would say, additionally, the removal of God as THE underpinning of our society (and with that, the values), and of course, from our homes, has and is destroying this country, as well.
Good point!
Why, ty! : )
Catch the early seasons of “Homicide, Life on the Street” where he played a Baltimore police detective. A superior series and Baldwin was quite good.
Y’know, there are some pictures that should not be posted anywhere, before noon. This is one of them.
Yeah...I agree. That’s why I wasn’t too keen on posting that pic....before noon. hehehe
He’s not quite Tom Delay, is he.
Reminds me of that disgusting terrorist with all that hair and Rosie’s face photoshopped on it. Something just repulsive beyond words (at least before the second cup of coffee. LOL)
Tha Baldwin brothers seem to have a very self-destructive streak. It’s sad. Alex Baldwin, creep that he is, was a very good actor. Stephen was good in the police drama that he was in for several years. 3 of the 4 have had serious problems. 1 of those 3 seems to be taking positive action. Sad family.
Yikes.
I agree, very sad. But, there is a promise that God gives to those who pray for their families. I believe that Stephen is likely doing that.
That pic of Nolte is absolutely awful, isn’t it?!
lol...yes..more coffee!!
lots more. : )
(tagline: Listen, Strange women lyin' in ponds distributing' swords is no basis for a system of government)
Ever hear of The Lady of the Lake - King Arthur - Excalibur etc.
;o)
Short-term thinking. Drugs make me feel good now.
I have made the deliberate decision to explain to my kids that people take drugs because drugs make them feel good. It was a hard decision to make. "Hey kid, these things will make you feel great, but don't do them anyway." But I've gone on to explain they make you feel great in the moment, but screw up everything else in your life, until the only way life is bearable is to stay in that moment.
Drugs won't solve problems, they make things better until they make them worse.
I hope that's a better way to approach the subject than just saying that people take drugs because they are stupid, are wanting to take a risk.
The Holy Grail.
hehehe
That’s gotta be about the best one-liners in a movie, ever.
I told my kids similarly, but, my own brother was killed by police when he was 19 (I was 18), due to drugs...cocaine sales and an armed weapon, to be specific.
That was harped into their minds from a young age.
As was the fact that I loved my brother ALWAYS, I miss him, and wished he was ALIVE to have been able to be their uncle.
Tragically, I think that my sad story hit home much better than just saying “don’t do it, even if it makes you feel good.”
They are both drug free and have no intention, from what I can see, to get involved with it or people who do it.
You have private mail.
Stephen Baldwin, when asked the Ten Commandments, can usually come up with three or four. Let's not lionize the guy. He's a little bit smarter than a bag of hair.
Yeah, it is. But he was busted for driving drunk in a convertible. Anyone who's driven a convertible at high speed, drunk or sober, knows that it feels really good, but makes you look terrible.
No excuse for driving drunk. But if I were pulled over for speeding on the PCH, stone cold sober, back when I had long hair, I'd probably look just as ruffled
lol!
Moral of the story: don’t drive drunk; and don’t drive in a convertible with long hair. : )
just got it, thanks.
Pilot to bombardier!
Pilot to bombardier!
We’re nearing the target!
Bombs ready, buddy!
Baldwin residence...
no, this is Billy Baldwin.
If you want Daniel Baldwin, call his extension...
stupid!
Hey Alec, do you know what sucks about being a Baldwin?
No, what?
- Nothing!
* Bombs drop on Baldwin house *
Ha!
Ha!
You missed me!
* Bomb drops on Alec *
