Drew: 'I'm not going to get another date'
Chicago Sun-Times ^ | December 7, 2007 | Joe Hosey

Posted on 12/07/2007 11:29:51 AM PST by Graybeard58

Drew Peterson says the the disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy, and the mysterious death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, might hamper his love life.

“I'm not going to get another date,” he said in an interview this week in his Bolingbrook home.

Police have said Drew Peterson is a suspect in the Oct. 28 disappearance of Stacy. And state police have reopened their investigation of Savio's March 2004 death. She was found dead in an empty bathtub; an inquest ruled the death a drowning.

“You guys just killed all that,” he said.

Still, Peterson said he was talking to representatives of People magazine. While he was considering a second appearance in the publication, he quipped, “The rumor about me doing a spread for Playgirl magazine is false.”

If my wife were missing and I had nothing to do with it, I don't believe I would be so flippant about it, or be concerned about "getting another date".

It wouldn't do for me to be on his sure to come jury. Guilty, beyond any reasonable doubt!

O.J. Simpson was able to get another girlfriend, so I guess anything is possible.

“I'm not going to get another date,”

Yeah, killing 2 wives might hurt your love life. Although O.J. still gets some action.

I remember the one at the Kentucky Derby. She came in last.

Hmmm...

There’s a woman out there, somewhere, that will see the wall-to-wall coverage of this loser and claim that she “fell in love” with him instantly because “she felt bad for him”. Another Oprah show or People magazine exposure.

How many women write and profess their undying love to the likes of Scott Peterson, David Westerfield, John Mark Carr, Erik & Lyle Menendez, Richard Ramirez and others — even Manson — who are either incarcerated for life or on Death Row?

These types of women give all women a BAD NAME.

Whats the background on his latest ‘missing wife’?

Where did he meet her, what was her job before then?

I have a theory, just wondering if anyone knows the background before I ‘go there’.

What’s most frightening to me about this monster is the way his fellow police officers have clearly covered for him. I have a feeling this business of LEOs covering for each other goes on far more than any of us would like to believe. Remember the cop in Ohio who murdered his pregnant girlfriend? Had a horrible track record, but his fellow officers acted like he was an angel.

There is nothing — absolutely nothing — in our society more frightening than guys who have been issued guns, clubs, and the power to arbitrarily incarcerate being arrogant, intemperate, and out of control. Yet I think we’ve all seen it happen time and again.

Gives cops a bad name, too. The fact that his third wife - a woman in apparent good health - was ruled by his department pals to have “drowned in a bathtub” smells real funny to me. By the way, I haven’t been to Waldorf, MD in years, but I remember the “Stardust Lounge”. Probably gone by now, huh?

The issue is his behavior and track record.

He’s on wife #4,
she’s missing and now he’s joking about looking for #5.

Hell,
I DO hope she ran off...
I sure would.

I am surprised he ever got a date in the first place. He seems like such a control freak who manipulates women, his ability to get women certainly isn’t because of his looks or good personality.
