Against the objections of lawyers for Stern and Arthur, Seidlin appointed Miami-based lawyer Richard Milstein to serve as a guardian ad-litem for Dannielynn, who lives in the Bahamas with Stern.
He also appointed local attorney Shane Kelley, whom he described as a “worker,” to serve as an administrator ad-litem by reviewing documents in the case and making recommendations to him.
“My vibes tell me this, and I want you all to sign off on this,” Seidlin remarked. “We appoint Shane Kelley, no dog in the race, as an administrator ad-litem.”
Among the evidence Kelley will consider are statements from Smith’s former L.A. neighbors, who are expected to testify to Smith’s last wishes on Tuesda

Thank you for this transcription - did not see Geraldo - this is very helpful. Bain on Greta appears to show Rita totally in the wrong and in deep trouble. This interview appears to show Bain for what he is.....another one after the money. But the tape of Rita (who kept saying, “you know what I mean” so much it made me a bit nauseated.....) talking with him that Greta replayed this week just seemed to implicate Rita in planning deceptions in future investigations....didn’t it? I would like the opinion of others on Rita’s situation.
Saw a bit of Perper on one of the programs this week. Proved to me again he was bought and paid for by the HKS team...imho.

I thought Geraldo asked Larry to stay on the line last night and jump into the conversation if he wanted. Didn’t hear anymore from him. I was wondering what Larry was thinking when he heard J. Pirro say that Howard needed a criminal lawyer. And also what did he think when Don Clark said the nannies told him there was a tape of him and HKS together. He was slamming Rita’s book, but Don Clark has first hand knowledge of what the nannies told him. I wish DC had taped the encounter with them.

Thanks for the transcription of Geraldo. That was a lot of hard work. I noticed that Geraldo asked a reputable investigator (Clark) if he swore what he said was true. And he did. But, Bain wouldn’t swear that his comments were true. He even admits that he set Rita up. Things don’t add up with him. All I can think is that it’s all about how much money he can get for himself and the nannies.
So sorry to hear about your mom. I lost mine in 2000. My sympathies to you and your family.

I understood that Mickey Sherman was Rita’s attorney - but it turns out it’s Wendy Murphy. She’s tough, especially media savvy and strong in interview. She may be Rita’s media spokesperson, but not her trial lawyer - if it ever gets that far!!!! Maybe some of the parties will already be in jail awaiting criminal trials.
IMO, the nannies and their handlers are POed that Rita (or anyone)didn’t pay them a bunch of money and then Rita comes out with a book and they didn’t get anything. Also last night, I watched Greta, She failed to push Bain on what he said on Rita’s recorded tape where he does say Nadine saw it -she was the only one I think. Bain told Greta when she asked that “you should listen to what I said. I only said yes, yes yes. I didn’t say anything else” He said it was doctored. He flat out did say Nadine saw it. The only one who brought it up was Pirro but didn’t pursue it further after he said it was onyl “yes” Either she wasnt’ sure of what she heard by then or she was told up front not to antagonize Bain because she then started praising that ... whatever he is. I was not a happy camper after watching them all praise him for being truthful etc.
