Good morning to all.......overcast and looks like rain coming our way.
Chairman....I was traveling yesterday and the updates on the radio about the stock market always made it sound like a struggle...they announced that the market had started very low, stressing this over and over..and never told us that it had hit a record high...I checked as soon as I got home and was amazed that the Dow had hit another record. Why do they do this....and who does this...is it the producers and writers of these news spots that do this on purpose....I am buying some tinfoil today...lots of it.
I am expecting company from Colorado today, they travel in a large motor home, pulling a van.....they park in my backyard and I have close neighbors while they are here. It is a great way to have company.
In a few days our friends from Kansas will be here and they will bunk in with us.

Dr. Graham was unhappy about some of the details for this library, and his gravely ill wife has consistently maintained that she wants to be buried near their home in the mountains (not in Charlotte).
It is always a pleasure when the warm weather rolls around, my favorite time of the year. Garden growing pretty good, already have 8 squash picked, little ‘matoes’ coming on the plants, didn’t get my grits planted in time and am hoping they will give me a crop BUT! my pasta plants are growing like mad....
Just give your grits a bit more time Toby, they’ll be ready to harvest at the right time. I’m happy your pasta patch is doing well. Mine didn’t. I planted tortellinis but I think the rains killed them. My squash are producing like bunnies. My tomatoe plants have a couple of green fruit, hopefully they will produce well this year.
My Yahoo has spammed my regular home page. I have AT&T with Yahoo. I’m furious, this is the second time My Yahoo has taken over. I’ve got to call my friend to help me out AGAIN, but this time I’ll write down what she does.

Pasta is a little hard to grow, add a little 8=8=8 to them, I found this to help a lot.
I just got the news that since we had to change our tickets, we are now wait-listed for the transit hotel in Singapore. Not good news.
We do not want to go out of the airport but we do need to get some rest before we hop the pond.
