I think it is, as well. But I also believe that the Marshall family would just like to wash their hands of the mess. Thus, I think they'll offer to settle w/ the estate of ANS.
I don't believe it will happen any time soon. I think they'll wait until paternity is established and see where the child ends up.
As much as I laugh about the turkey baster theories pert to old man Marshalls sperm -- it's really too bad Dannielynn is not a Marshall. She'd prob be better off w/ that family than anyone fighting for her now.

So dramatic, ick. Umm, got to see the dress. What we saw being carried by a morgue guy earlier was the coffin blanket, as guessed. The dress had an embroidered tight-fitting bodice and fuller dropped waist skirt.
The bodice was adorned with Svaroski crystals and silk roses. All light pink fabric.
Oops, they're back on -- have to watch.
