Very confusing article. It headlines that Rosie O'Donnell (the portly comic) will leave the show. Later in the article it says:
But ABC might feel differently, given that O'Donnell has made "The View" bigger than ever. It's conceivable that the network brass will prevail either buying out or retiring Walters and convincing O'Donnell to stay as the show's moderator.
What is it? Is Rosie staying and Walters going? Is Walters staying and O'Donnell going? Is it too much to hope for that Trump got two birds (okay, one elephant and one bird) with one stone?

Is there anything more satisfying than seeing an obnoxious big-mouth get what's coming to them?

I saw Barbara's face during the DeVito incident and she did not look too amused. I'm not a Barbara Walters fan, but she's got more class than Rosie, DeVito, or The Donald. Boy that Trump likes to stir the pot if that letter of his is true.
To: Sub-Driver
O'Donnell, who's got plenty of money and lots of outside interests......
But Trump has more money and I don't want to know about Rosie's outside interests. I just hope she retires to them and shuts up forever. One can wish.... But I think Rosie's big mouth will just go on and on....

Boy that Trump likes to stir the pot if that letter of his is true. You said it. I don't think I want to offer any praise for a letter like that, but I have to say, if his plan was to stir the pot (and it clearly was), his implementation of that plan was absolutely brilliant. That letter is a masterpiece.
I would not ever want to mess with Donald.

Rosie has issues. This is soooooo similar to the cr** she pulled on Selleck. Then the news came out that she travels ith an armed guard. She's using Walters just like an armed guard. Necessity!!
I feel sorry for her kids. They are "victims" of an emotional misfit. God forbid that those kids ever disagree with her.

Great idea, if rosie-o-donut left any.
Still wondering what took so long for this loud mouthed fatso to be fired.

I'll get the popcorn.....err....Donuts.I'd have to drink a few shots of Irish Whiskey (Bushmills' 16-yr. Single Malt) before I could watch that show.

Roger Freidman doesn't care about straight people. This guy is the junior high tattletale of gossip columnists.
Rosie is a mentally unstable trainwreck. Barbra Walters is a lying, two-faced phony (YT has the video of her on-air denial re Rosie bashing) and the Donald is, quite obviously, a guy that doesn't like being called a liar. I never watched The Apprentice until now, it is much more entertaining than watching a bunch of malcontent women sit around in a coffee klatch and discuss the most irrelevant things (Danny Devito drunken rant). At least the Donald's show has a purpose. Also, I don't think he would have ever sent that letter if Walters hadn't lied. Whatever else, Trump is always going to stand up for himself.
Another corporate guy, James Thompson, is getting thumped for removing CNN from his Stoney Creek Inns because of the terrorist sniper videos. God bless this man and his brave stance! Donald Trump and James Thompson...ALL AMERICAN CAPTIALISTS!

it sounds like the Barb has a little more pull with the brass than the Donut.
No doubt, but it is only guessing, the Barb said "Her. Or me."

No one will hear about the view again. Rosie kept it in the news for so long. Good riddance. In math terms the sickeningly liberal "The View" is the square root of the horribly liberal "Oprah/Weep Show".

Good Morning, Sub-Driver.
Someone asked me last night to envision what would happen if Rosie and Jimmy Carter were to be locked up together in a room together for two days. My head just about exploded with trying to formulate a reply. Who would be the one being punished?
Try that with some other celebrity and Rosie and see what interesting pairings you can come up with.

But it's all about ratings and ABC isn't going to dump the ratings queen (O'D) for Walters whose 15 minutes were up a very long time ago.

I can't understand why anyone would want to watch that big, fat slob. When I first saw her, years ago, doing stand-up comedy, I disliked her at once. She was obnoxious, even then.
To: Sub-Driver
I personally wouldn't care if that obnoxious, whiney, rhymes with ditch, left the planet.
