9/29/2006 - Recently a University of Florida professor showed up to his class stoned off his brains. The original lecture was over an hour but here's the best 4 minute segment. I have since learned that he has been placed on leave for this stellar performance.

A no-doubt intelligent but incredibly juvenile 50+ homosexual professor. Stupid and inappropriate. Maybe not worth losing a job over, but obviusly he knew he was being filmed. Very odd, but at least it wasn't an anti-Bush tirade.

Dad and I were working on my radio tower out in the shop today. I had XM turned on to The 60's on 6 (all 60's music all the time). Dad was able to name every song that played. LOL

I once had a professor who apologized to our class, confessing that he had given us lectures while drunk. None of us had noticed. He was a brilliant guy, and apparently alcohol just slowed his speech down a bit.

I had an English Lit prof. who ranted on and on about the evils of margarine and how he only ever used butter. I'm assuming he meant in a food-like manner, but no one ever asked. He did this multiple times, and burnt up the better part of the class time doing it.

Liberal profs think they are brilliant because they think they can prove that the most illogical things are actually true.

At least the professor made some sense. I heard that Johnny Winter once arrived two hours late for a performance, sat down in his chair with his guitar, carefully set down his fifth of bourbon, and fell over sideways. Show over.

And that was only 4 minutes. Can you imagine the torture of those poor students who had to endure that for an hour? I've sat through classes equally pointless and boring and it IS torture.
