Excuse me; I am a woman; I have a son, and I'm an RN in a NICU. You'd be surprised at how many young women didn't even know they were pregnant... the movement was gas, etc.
Denial is a very potent defense mechanism.

Abortion centers are all about guaranteeing a dead child, and by Satan that's what they will deliver. Mother should have done her homework, to understand what she was hiring them for, what she entered that demonic lair to get ... these old eyes need to stop leaking now. Perhaps more later ...

Add to your comments, the woman/girl may have been in there for insertion of a laminary, preparing for a partial birth execution of Rowan ... she may have gotten off of the 'slab' and dressed, then gone to the bathroom because she felt she was about to have a bowel movement. With the pain and exertion of birthing little Rowan, she may have been incapable of getting off the toilet while the placenta and umbilicus were still attached. Don't discount this story too quickly, folks, Hildy's shrillness not withstanding.

No I guess I wouldn't. I've heard of this before but, having had two children myself, can't imagine it. Unfortunately, your last line is most likely, and sadly, too true in many cases.
