How many Americans have had to endure the intrusive and frightening interrogation known as an IRS "audit"? Well it turns out that while sticking its nose in everyone else's business, the IRS has been less than honest itself. More specifically, the IRS has been caught cheating... to the tune of about a trillion dollars a year.

The IRS is quite experienced at using intimidation, demonization, and harassment tactics, but what can be done when the "enforcers" are the ones breaking the rules? Click below to see how at least one man is standing up to the IRS.

From www.drugabuse.gov

Q: What are the short-term effects of marijuana use?

A: The short-term effects of marijuana include:

These effects are even greater when other drugs are mixed with the marijuana; and users do not always know what drugs are given to them.

Q: Does marijuana affect school, sports, or other activities?

A: It can. Marijuana affects memory, judgment and perception (11). The drug can make you mess up in school, in sports or clubs, or with your friends. If you’re high on marijuana, you are more likely to make stupid mistakes that could embarrass or even hurt you. If you use marijuana a lot, you could start to lose interest in how you look and how you’re getting along at school or work.

Athletes could find their performance is off; timing, movements, and coordination are all affected by THC. Also, since marijuana can affect judgment and decisionmaking, its use can lead to risky sexual behavior, resulting in exposure to sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.

Also I actually get a refund this year, yippee!

Sounds a lot better than, "Also I actually overpaid this year, yippee!", doesn't it? ;-)

I'm getting a small refund too but I'm not thrilled about it. It just means the gov got to use my money and I didn't ($250)

I am changing my withholdings.

Sure does! It's all in how you look at it... I waited until the last minute to figure my taxes in anticipation that I'd have to get reamed a little more, but amazingly enough I don't!

I got this message below from Tracy Saboe of the Free State Project; he says his account was deleted for posting something about larkin rose here on this thread...is is this true? Tracy has never acted like a troll on forum.FreeStateProject.org

Tracy Saboe wrote:

"I just posted something to free republic and was deactivated just like that!

I posted something about Larkin Rose there. I figured that would be a place a little bit outside the movement to talk about it. I was going to come back later and mention thathe's a free state project member. As soon as I came back, today -- I saw that my account had allready been revoked for being a troll! After just one post? Wow.

It wasn't my website. And he's not claiming the income tax is unconstitutional, but that the law itself doesn't require it. And now I can't respond. I just thought some of them might view it."

Solid what does that have to do with whether it should be legal or not? Does the State exist to protect us from ourselves?

I'm thinking let people smoke it till they die if they want, it's none of my business. Once they get in a car stoned it's my business! But our cops are so busy running drug raids, driving up the price of the stuff, they are not as available as they should be to stop DUI and what not.

Nope, just buy and sell on a cash basis and have a safe instead of a bank account, no more income taxes taxes, thats why I am all for a Federal sales tax also known as a consumption tax.
