Posted on 11/02/2004 9:23:22 PM PST by tfelice

I am showing Jim Clymer (CST) in the PA Senate race at 4%. Does anyone have any other 3rd party candidates that have performed better in House or Senate races?

Did Arlen Specter lose? If so, that's a victory for the GOP. If Specter wins, he will be the chairman of the Judiciary Committee and try to scuttle Bush's nominees (if Bush wins) or help Kerry's (ditto).

No Specter won. Clymer did not have a realistic chance considering he only had a few months to campaign and about $11,000 to spend.

I just don't see any other 3rd party candidates posting better results anywhere else.
