Country legend Dolly Parton is having her famous breasts reduced after suffering 30 years of excruciating back pain.

The I Will always Love You singer had silicone implants in both her twenties and her thirties, but doctors have now told the 58-year-old star her enormous double-D bust will have to be reduced to relieve the crippling pressure on her back and shoulders.

She admits: "My boobs are killing me - and I don't know if I can stand the pain any longer.

"My boobs have been a trademark for me - but I've paid one hell of a price."

Although she never had implants, my little sister had her breasts reduced. She's tiny - 5-4" and 100 pounds and her D cups were quite painful. Her biggest complaint was the area at the top of her shoulders. She would wear bras with extra wide straps to reduce the pain.

I met her and Roy Acuff at a do once. My cousin (a manager at opryland) introduced us and said that's the only time she's seen me at a loss for words. She's (Dolly) about three feet tall and i had to stand three feet from her to shake her hand. They were HUGE! She's very nice though unlike Roy who was an as*hole.

Well, probably. I can tell you from experience though that when I was pregnant with and nursing all of my kids, mine were a D and having to haul around 10 extra pounds of flesh up there can be very uncomfortable. If those girls in the photo posted by BJungNan are comy with theirs, more power to 'em. Then again, as a woman, my eye for boobs isn't quite as practiced as the typical male eye.
