Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2004 Gibson's 'Passion' Cover a Best Seller
For anyone who cares about People magazine, its cover story in March on Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" sold 1.7 million copies, its best seller for the first half of the year.
The big loser was Martha Stewart Living, who circulation sank 19 percent, to 1.9 million, the New York Daily News reported.
