Yep,,,that conservative leaning court has been an absolute godsend...
Take a breath.
They’re letting a case mature down the line.
A court CANNOT make irrational decisions like this and expect to have its rulings respected.

And yeah, very, very few emergency injunctions are granted. Basically the Court was being asked to let the plaintiffs cut in line ahead of all the thousands of cases making their way through the Federal Court System. The article did make clear that the Court has not been comfortable with race based admissions, the Court is just going to let the case follow the normal legal process.
Now America will have a bunch of idiots running the military.

Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are not even close to the same. Kavanaugh and ACB are the commies. Gorshuch in not Clarence Thomas, but he not real bad.
I don’t look at that stuff. I look at his decisions. And he is usually on the right side of things. Just as he was in the Texas border case.
Unless there have been drastic changes since I went through the process the Reps and Senators make "nominations" to the Academy. Each can provide a pool of names that the Academy can select from, or provide a list in the order they would like the people considered. The Academy admissions board then offers an "appointment" to the nominees that are selected.
Both the members of Congress and the Admissions Board have an opportunity to consider race if they are so inclined.
I’d close down the military academies. Change them to one year. Make the students get their engineering degrees first from The Citadel or VMI/A&M.
