No problem. It appears to me this has never been elevated to SCOTUS for lack of a good case.
The Billings, Montana Metcalf case is a very good case to challenge the law.
Unfortunately, Metcalf is undergoing considerable pain during the process.
“Women should not be judges.”
Or Soy Boys either.
