The more that comes out the more i believe that is what was going on.
I recall watching a video filmed outside Buckingham Palace, of a naked,muscular young man trying to escape the Palace out a window. He had to drop far below to cobblestones, within the range of palace guards and within Palace walls (filmed over palace walls initiallY). Who knows what happened to him as structures blocked the view once he jumped. Now that could be a victim or someone up to no good - I dunno.

Yeah, maybe the politicians need to be investigated in the same manner American workers are when a security clearance is required.. With renewals every five years.

This would probably be around 2005 or a few years later. I don't believe it was a streaker. The man moved like one might expect from someone escaping a burning building. He voluntarily elected to drop at least 3 or 5 palace 'floors' to the cobbled surface below even with guards on patrol- likely breaking an ankle or worse. No response or comment from the palace.
