This is part of it, but the real reason they are terrified of him is because he has vowed to clean up Washington and make America great again. This interferes with their agenda, viz. to destroy the USA from within, and their cashcow and ability of parasitize the American People.

Trump related a conversation he had with a general in Iraq, I believe it was and that general stated that they could have taken out the terrorists in a few weeks if they had been allowed by Washington to do so. But they had to follow orders and do as they were told so instead they spent years doing useless excursions.
I cannot recall the name of the general he had talked to. All I remeber is that it was an unusual name.
