Is-Was Danny Masterson a Conservative or a politically active Republican?
When was the last time a politically active Democrat or a Regime neo-Marxist was convicted of rape in New York, Washington D.C., or Los Angeles?
Not in my life time.
Didn’t one victim live with Danny after the supposed rape? Sounds kinda weird to say the least on that charge.
Why?
How about they changed the law specifically for Trump regarding the statute too?
We shouldn’t want to take his side. He's a Scientologist - a particularly offensive cult that has a huge amount of power in the Hollywood community.
I'm sorry, but it's INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
The fact that the accused is a Scientologist should not matter and should not be mentioned.
It’s Leah. I had “Saved by the Bell” on as background noise the other day. I looked up snd “Hey, those are...” I mean “That’s Leah Remini
She was good in “King of Queens.”

Just for the record - It’s not possible to be both a scientologist and a Catholic. That’s silly.
And yes, I am a Catholic. And if you think that should change how I feel about the case, that’s a “you problem,” not a “me problem.” The fact that the same devil that runs cults like the scientologists had a lot of success in the 20th century planting pederasts and communists in Catholic seminaries (and lots of other churches too, by the way) is irrelevant to the points I’m arguing in this column.
On the subject of the Danny Masterson case, I tried to make it clear in the column that I’m not defending him. He sounds like a slimeball. And he’s a scientologist, a demonic organization. I don’t LIKE taking his side.
My point in writing this piece is to make the critical point that statutes of limitations ARE important, for not one but TWO reasons:
First, because after a few years have passed, it’s impossible to have a fair trial. Impossible. Whatever witnesses or evidence there ever was is hopelessly compromised by the intervening years. A trial must be prompt for the good of not just the accuser but the justice system in general. Better to not have a trial than to have one that is bound to be untrustworthy because of so many intervening years.
And Second, because the main purpose of a criminal justice system is to protect society from known criminals. If the guy’s a rapist - or a killer or burglar or embezzler or mugger or drug dealer... whatever - then society needs to protect all the potential victims in the intervening years.
Sometimes society has to practice tough love. that is to say, sometimes we DO have to push the victim, and say “we know it’s hard, but we need you to press charges against this mugger or killer or rapist or whatever to keep him from doing the same thing to someone else next weekend and the following weekend and the following weekend. It’s your obligation as a citizen to do your part to protect his future victims.”
Society has to make a choice. It’s not an easy choice, and it may sound hard, but we have to do it. The only person who’s in a position to stop a rapist from raping again, or a mugger from mugging again, or an embezzler from embezzling again, is his last victim.
If he or she doesn’t come forward quickly (dammit I hate having to say this, but I mean it), then he or she is an accomplice, an enabler, to his future crimes.
I’m sorry, but I don’t see any other way to look at this, if we’re fair and objective.
Was the Danny Masterson case the perfect example for me to make this case? Maybe not. There may not be a “perfect” example. But it’s the example in the news right now, and I will stick to my guns in arguing that it’s an important subject to discuss and a critical point to make.
Think about our national Democrats: By not prosecuting Hillary Clinton for her years of political corruption, she almost became president in 2016. And by not prosecuting Joe Biden and his family for their years of political corruption, we DID get him in the white house, and dammit, he’s in the very real process of destroying not just America but the entire world economy.
Because we didn’t prosecute people who should’ve been prosecuted, promptly. because they all said “kick the can down the road a few years, and let somebody else prosecute him instead.”
what does this have to do with anything?
NOTE: On twatter Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis (Scientology maroons) are defending themselves for defending their bud, Danny Masterson. “We know we are total jerks for defending this guy we know raped women and, well.....we’re sorry.”
His friends knew what he was up to.
The laws of this once great nation do not apply to the elite.
Yup.
Man, those are the worst. Hiding my putter now.
WHAT? What law? Do you mean the statute of limitations? I wouldn’t doubt it at all if it was changed for him. New York is as commie 3rd world banana republic as it gets
Ashton Kutcher actually worked on 2 shows with Masterson so he's been around him a lot. Probably knows just how bad he is.
His first trial ended in a mistrial in November 2022. The jury was deadlocked and could not reach a verdict.
It’s strange that you didn’t indicate up front that you were the author of the article you posted.
It’s Leah Remini. She’s mentioned in the article.
I have no idea what you’re talking about. I think you meant to post someone else.
