Form 4473 is in direct violation of the second amendment, a clear infringement. That should be Hunter's defense.

I certainly believe some, if not most, of the questions on it are, as well as some of the guidance listed on it, but it also clearly states on it: "I also understand that making any false oral or written statement, or exhibiting any false or misrepresented identification with respect to this transaction, is a crime punishable as a felony under Federal law, and may also violate State and/or local law."
So the buyer is really only left with two choices here in order to not commit a felony, either don't answer questions they believe to violate their 2nd A right, or address those questions legally through the courts.
Just keep in mind that the courts have already ruled that it's reasonable for much of the identifying information requested and collected on that document to be required before sale.
