Violating the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is generally considered a violation of the law in the United States. The CFR is a compilation of the general and permanent rules and regulations established by various federal agencies to implement and enforce the laws passed by Congress. These regulations have the force of law and are legally binding.
Thank you! You have answered the question I’ve been wondering about for days.
Laws are for thee, not for me.
“We don’t need no stinkin’ regulations...” -Meritless Garland
Andrew McCarthy is a defender of a corrupt law system that he financially benefited from so: “Cry me a river.”
Anybody with half a brain, knows Garland put Weiss in their for a cover-up, but McCarthy is like Barr, a parasite that covers for their favorite corrupt institution.
Also, the supposedly brilliant Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley will vouch for the character of Garland and Smith, he thinks they’re swell guys and straight shooters.
All these bastards need hung!
Don’t worry, this is meant to drag out delays, and the ticking clock on several of the crimes will run-out before the court can hear the case.
Did/does Durham qualify in that respect?
There’s no penalty for violating a regulation unless the action is contested by someone who is affected by it and therefore has legal standing to object to it. In this case, the only person who can legally contest this appointment is Hunter Biden.
Garland also appointed Weiss for another reason: Weiss is already a U.S. Attorney, so it doesn’t cost anything to make this move.
Denninger’s rant: https://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=249491
“well, son of a botch!”
Yesterday, Hunter Biden's lawyers suddenly declared that the "no prison" agreement for Hunter's drug related perjury on a gun application still stands.
That was a very convenient - and timely - judicial decision!
I assume Hunter's story is now: "I would never have lied if I had known it was completely legal."
The American Communists who seized our country in 2020 really do not care about our Constitution and rule of law.
They are carrying on with their lawless disregard for the people as though they are not worried about losing power.
So, why wasn't this appointment immediately being challenged in court? Why hasn't Congress fast-tracked to the SCOTUS? The fractured R party is all talk and no action.
They really seized it in 2008, Trump was just the last gasp.
Sounds like we need to appoint a special counsel to investigate the appointment of a special counsel.
America is a fascist tyranny.
Biden wasn’t charged for gun ownership while a drug addict, he was charged with perjuring himself on the Form 4473.
