I dont think the MAGA crowd will go for any of this. I was for DeSantis till he decided he could do the job better.. and his backers are all the wrong people. He isnt wealthy? So he needs donors, and then obligated.
It wasnt his turn... my opinion.. and he doesn’t get my vote.

“ And if Desantis wins, he’ll be spending taxpayer money like a drunken democrat.”
Just like Trump did?

The EIGHT that voted with Democrats were probably “chosen” because their seats were deemed “safe” enough to be conspiring with the enemies of Our Republic. That's the way uniparty politics works. Absolutely right, and disgusting.

They’ll keep spending as long as voters want them to keep spending.

spending hundreds of millions of dollars “donated” by gazllionaire oligarchs to try to buy an election when grassroots support is nearly non-existent is a time honored political tactic ... should said politician succeed in buying said election, then said politician is beholden to those who bought the election ...

News flash - Trump is wealthy, and he also needs donors and is then obligated. So that point seems to be a wash. At least Desantis has already proven he will oppose his donors to do the right thing.

Biden didn’t have to campaign. He simply stayed in his basement, because he knew the fix was in. He was guaranteed a win because he had ‘The Most Extensive and Inclusive Voter Fraud Organization’.

Not so. He is visiting wealthy donors.

So??? Candidates meet with wealthy donors. Trump does as well. If you don’t believe me, go look at Trump’s fundraising records for 2016 and 2020 and see.

A bit more:
“Democrats want power, Republicans want money. Democrats use money to gain power; Republicans use power to get money. This is the core difference in their business model. This truism is also why there’s no pushback to the ideological policy of the Democrats. Republicans can simply be paid off.”
I’ll vote for President Trump, but I’ve given up voting in congressional elections.

Newsflash:
Either way it does not matter.
Ron got into bed with the natural enemies of "we the people", the MAGA crowd. You know, the GOP-E and Globalists and the Bush Family.
That was his choice and now he is beholden to him.
He has been relatively quiet and has not expressed a full-throat set of policy positions where foriegn policy is concerned, except an implied support for Ukraine.
He certainly has not shown a strong desire, like President Trump, to rein in China.
Add to that his Neocon record in congress, and this guy doesn't deserve our vote.
He is a GOP-E / Globalist Trojan Horse.

Desantis seems to be settling in as the republican establishment candidate. I guess he is ok with this. I won't vote for him while Trump is around. Desantis might lose my support for good if he continues down the road he is on. That would be too bad because I think he does have potential.

He has all of the NeverTrumper, Globalists, GOP-E actors lined up behind him, including the Bush Family.
That's the difference.

It would never have been allowed for either side to put a dementiated body to do anything correctly
Hes short on abilities. I still am embarrassed that the United States puts a man in that shape, in that position. How did we get to that point!

If the 2016 Cruz team is now running anythig, I sure hope they learn how to run a ground game for dog catcher first, before taking on a presidential campaign again.
In 2015 Cruz left a very successful (for him) Atlanta event & went to suburb Newnan where many thousands of supporters were waiting to see how they could help Cruz. The Cruz staff had no clue about anything about that event.
A Couple months later, still in 2015, a friend organized 200 hard core supporters to hear daddy Cruz. Again the Cruz staff was there and was totallly clueless to how a ground game works.
This incompetence in the machinery of politics is not limited to the Cruz/DeSantis staff. But competence would be nice when running a Presidentail campaign.
