When you were a kid in grammar school, every class had a trouble maker. Maybe there were two. That kid caused multiple disruptions. Without that one kid…the classrooms would be significantly more productive.
That model never changes. The degree of disruption is the only variable.

What’s startling is how effective the fake news propaganda has been.
Wasn’t taking those repeat offenders off the street the whole point of Three Strikes sentencing?
But because it affected black offenders disproportionately (as they were disproportionately committing the violent crimes), our Left decreed Three Strikes sentencing politically incorrect, and put these violent offenders back on the streets, with predictable results.
And you can’t talk about this explicitly without the nuclear option being deployed, and you are called a racist, deplatformed, depersoned, fired from your job, etc.
