I don’t have emotional grievances with Russia and China although many people do.

If you are angry with Russia and China watch out for political operatives exploiting your emotions to get what the politicians want which may not be what you want.

A New World Order is being created that is the overarching thing our emotions and hatreds are exploited by the Uniparty politicians to achieve their ultimate goals.

Jeremy Siegel, what does he know?

It’s not like he went to Columbia for Mathematics and then studied under two Nobel Prize winners at MIT…

What do you think is going to happen this year?

Massive amount of misinformation and blatant fraud Biden rubs finger nails on vest.

There is no place where he hasn’t caused damage.

Looked at my investment portfolio earlier this morning and I indeed had the worst year in my life with regard to net worth. I can still retire now if I want to but I took a six figure hit in my net worth from this time last year.

Glad I didn't retire. I have a few good years in my current job to make it up.

Was at my doctor’s for a checkup last July:
Any falls in the last 6 months?
No.
Any bouts of depression in the last 6 months?
I look at my IRA every day since Biden was made President.

My doctor is still laughing.

BTW, my net worth took a 15% hit in 2022.

We’re set, financially; we own land and a paid off home, no debt, etc. Living off pensions and SS and still able to save as our expenses are very low. Of course, I’m not HAPPY to be losing wealth thanks to Brandon & Crew, but we can probably weather this.

So very few are in that position these days. :(

Still, it is THEFT from those of us that worked long and hard to get here.

Markets cannot fulfill you. Only you can do that.

Well said. After 40+ years of investing, I can only say: I FULLY concur.

“Markets cannot fulfill you. Only you can do that.”

That rang very true for me, too. I’ve been Rich and I’ve been Poor and while Rich is BETTER, Poor teaches you many valuable survival life lessons, for sure!

I’ve been Rich and I’ve been Poor

Same here, but… only relatively. Not ever REALLY rich, or REALLY poor. But, definitely different ends of the spectrum. We were just as happy, if not more, when we spent our Saturday nights playing cards with family.

“...Saturday nights playing cards with family.”

And here I thought that was just us HICKS in Flyover Country that did that. We had a rousing game of PIT going on Wednesday night.

I didn’t win; I’m not that ruthless, LOL!
