By God, this is not true until as such time Congress passes a bill to the Senate and it codified into US Law. Additionally, they better agree one single Geneva Convention so so there isn’t war without a pre-existing definition that the entire world understands, if even there is disagreement.

Many other items, including some food items, were rationed. That’s why many home owners created their Victory Gardens for fruits and vegetables. We had a large one.
My dad had bought a new 1939 Ford convertible and had to sell it after the war started and the rationing on tires, etc.
I think they see their chance of getting anything done are very rapidly slipping away and they’re going to be more and more desperate and push more and more outrageous things as fast as they can probably before the midterms
Ofcourse, many are still a little slow on the uptake and worry about what Biden is up to.

This seems to have been their plan all along. Create enough turmoil in the country so they can send out their “woke” military to “restore order”. Defunding the police was their alternate plan and then when all the US police forces collapsed ask the UN to send in troops to also “restore order”. One way or the other they want a police state.

Some scientists think that global cooling (another “ice age”) can come on fairly rapidly (tens of years). Cold and dry weather (water locked up in glaciers) will do a number on crops and the cold on energy.
Obviously there will be competition over those resources up to and including war.
I’m not sure we need to be spending too much money or time on training for EVERY possible event that might lead to war. A volcano might kick off global cooling, a 9.0 earthquake at the Kremlin certainly would.
