No one under 50 has received smallpox vaccine, unless they got it during the DOD smallpox BT scare in November 2002-March 2003, or unless they were deployed to the invasion of Iraq in early 2003.
Dryvax (smallpox vaccine) was withdrawn from the market in 2007.
